Vocal works of Bohuslav Martinů with a focus on his lieder works

Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl stručně a výstižně charakterizovat a zmapovat dostupnou písňovou tvorbu Bohuslava Martinů. Práce je rozvržena do čtyř hlavních kapitol, z nichž první tři jsou zaměřené pouze na tvorbu písňovou a poslední kapitola se velmi okrajově zaobírá ostatní tvorbou vokální do níž se řadí tvorba sborová, kantáty, oratoria a melodramy.
Abstract:
The thesis aim is to document and aptly characterize the lieder works of the composer Bohuslav Martinů. It is devided into four main chapters. The first three chapters are dedicated to Martinu ´s lied work in detail and the fourth chapter briefly touches Martinu´s complete vocal works - choral works, cantates, oratoria and melodramas.
