Social Attitudes Of Future Social Workers To Different Types Of Clients

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na teoretický popis osobnosti sociálního pracovníka, sociálních postojů a jednotlivé typy klientů. Součástí práce je výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zmapovat postoje budoucích sociálních pracovníků k různým typům klientů. Práce je složena ze čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá rolí sociálního pracovníka, popisuje typy sociálních pracovníků, etické problémy a dilemata, které profesi sociálního pracovníka provází. Druhá kapitola se zabývá vlivem postojů na chování člověka, vývojem, funkcemi, změnou, měřením postojů a také předsudky. Ve třetí kapitole jsou popsány charakteristiky jednotlivých typů klientů, se kterými se můžeme v sociální práci setkat. Čtvrtá kapitola se zabývá výzkumem, který byl prováděn metodou dotazníkového šetření a jehož cílem bylo zjistit sociální postoje budoucích sociálních pracovníků k různým typům klientů.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the theoretical description of the personality of a social worker, social attitudes and the different types of clients. The research is part of this thesis and it is aiming to map the attitudes of future social workers to different types of clients. The Thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter deals with the role of social worker, describes the types of social workers, the ethical problems and dilemmas that accompany the social worker profession. The second chapter examines the influence of attitudes on human behavior, development, functions, change, measuring attitudes and prejudices. The third chapter describes the characteristics of different types of clients whom we can meet in social work. The fourth chapter deals with the research that was conducted by the method of questionnaire and the aim was to determine the social attitudes of future social workers to different types of clients.
