Abstract:
Idiopatické střevní záněty jsou velmi frekventovaným tématem, ale i přesto je ulcerózní kolitida velmi málo známá. Jsou nesprávně zaměňovány příznaky, terapie a průběh onemocnění s Crohnovou nemocí. Popis onemocnění ulcerózní kolitidy společně s diagnostikou a terapií bude zpracován pro čtenáře v teoretické části. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění potřeb u pacientů právě s touto diagnózou. Abstract:
Inflammatory bowel diseases are very frequent topic but Ulcerative colitis is not much known. Symptoms, therapy and course of the disease are incorrectly confused with Crohn Disease. In the theoretical part there will be for readers processed description, diagnostics and therapy of Ulcerative colitis.
