Abstract:
Přesnost dodání dávky do oblasti zájmu je základním předpokladem úspěšné léčby zářením. Proto jsou v radiační onkologii používány metody ověření aplikované dávky měřením za podmínek in vivo, přímo na povrchu pacientova těla. Precise dosage to the tumor is the base presumption of effective radiation treatment. That is why in vivo dosimetry is used for dose vertification in radiation oncology. However semi-conductor detectors suitable for in vivo dosimetry are dependent on lots of parameters which fact is nessesary to consider before their application.
