Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem profesních kompetencí a realizací akčního výzkumu. Cílem diplomové práce je seberozvoj ve vybraných oblastech uskutečněný pomocí cyklů akčního výzkumu a objasnění, jak a v jakých oblastech autorce akční vývoj pomohl v rozvoji jejich profesních kompetencí.
