Illegal banking activities
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá nelegálními aktivitami spojenými s bankovnictvím. Snaží se čtenáři přiblížit, o jaké aktivity se konkrétně jedná a proč jsou považovány za nelegální. Dále se snaží rozebrat problematiku legalizace výnosů z trestné činnosti a financování terorismu v souvislosti s bankami. Zabývá se tím, jaké metody a postupy používají k předcházení a odhalování těchto aktivit.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with illegal banking activities. It tries to familiarize the reader with specific illegal activities and why are they considered illegal. It also seeks to address the issue of money laundering and terrorist financing in connection with banks. It discusses what methods and procedures they use to prevent and detect these activities.
