Abstract:

Katastr nemovitostí je soubor údajů o nemovitostech v České republice. Je zdrojem informací, které slouží k ochraně práv k nemovitostem, pro daňové a poplatkové účely, k ochraně životního prostředí, zemědělského a lesního půdního fondu, nerostného bohatství, kulturních památek, pro rozvoj území, k oceňování nemovitostí, pro účely vědecké, hospodářské, statistické a pro tvorbu dalších informačních systémů. Rozsah jeho obsahu a využití klade vysoké nároky na jeho úroveň a udržování aktuálnosti. Jedním z prostředků, jak toho dosáhnout je provádění obnovy katastrálního operátu. Obnova katastrálního operátu se podle katastrálního zákona provádí třemi způsoby: novým mapováním, přepracováním souboru geodetických informací nebo na podkladě výsledků pozemkových úprav. Tyto tři typy obnovy katastrálního operátu se navzájem od sebe liší technologií postupu, kvalitou a aktuálností výsledku a dále ekonomickou, časovou a kapacitní náročností. Konečným produktem činností spojených s obnovou katastrálního operátu je buď digitální katastrální mapa nebo katastrální mapa digitalizovaná a současně aktualizace souboru popisných informací katastru nemovitostí.

Abstract:

The Land Registry Office (also known as the Cadastre, and further only) is a set of data about property in the Czech Republic. It is a source of information which serves for the protection of (people`s) rights to property, for taxation and impositions or municipal rates purposes, for the protection of the environment, the agricultural and forestry lands resources, as well as for raw materials and ores, or cultural heritage sites and landmarks, for territorial development planning, for the assessment and valuation of property, or even for scientific, commercial, statistical purposes and for the creation of other information systems. The range and extent of its scope and uses place great demands upon its quality and the need for it to be constantly kept up-to-date. One of the resources used for these purposes and so as to achieve this is the performance of the renewal of the Cadastral operational procedures and resources. The renewal of the Cadastral operational procedures and resources, according to the Law on Cadastres, can be performed in three ways: through new mapping operations, the reprocessing of the set of geodetic (surveying) information, or on the basis of the results of territorial zoning and planning adjustments and reforms. These three types of renewal of the Cadastral operational procedures and resources differ from each other in their technological approach, quality, and their actual (i.e. how current) the results are and further, by how demanding their economic, time and capacity requirements are. The final product of the activities associated with the renewal of the Cadastral operational procedures and resources is either the digital Cadastral map or the digitalised Cadastral map and concurrently, the actualisation or updating of the set of descriptive information about property recorded in the Cadastre.
