Abstract:

Cílem práce je porovnat bankovní sektor v oblasti klientských služeb před a po vypuknutí pandemie Covid-19. Předmětem je analýza vlivu pandemie na rizikovost investic a změny úrokových sazeb spotřebních a podnikatelských úvěrů. Dále je zkoumán fakt, do jaké míry se rozšířila digitalizace a virtuální obsluha bankovního klienta. Pro splnění cíle byla využita metoda sběru dat a analýza změn v oblasti poskytování klientských služeb s využitím digitalizace. Na konkrétním bankovním ústavu je simulován vývoj investic a vznik zakázaných odvětví na základně zvyšujícího se rizika financování.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is to compare the banking sector in the field of client services before and after the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic. The subject is an analysis of the impact of the pandemic on the riskiness of investments and changes in interest rates on consumer and business loans. Furthermore, the fact to what extent the digitization and virtual service of the bank client has spread is examined. To meet the goal, the method of data collection and analysis of changes in the provision of client services using digitization was used. The example of a specific banking institution simulates the development of investments and the rise of prohibited sectors based on increasing financing risk.
