The business plan of a travel agency Sport Holiday

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je sestavit zakladatelský projekt cestovní kanceláře Sport Holiday, která se specializuje na výjezdový cestovní ruch. Jejím hlavním záměrem je organizace autokarových zájezdů za sportovními akcemi v Evropě, kterých se zákazníci CK Sport Holiday budou přímo účastnit. Teoretická část definuje malé a střední podnikání, jeho právní formy a podstatu podnikatelského plánu. Dále se věnuje problematice cestovních kanceláří a sportovnímu cestovnímu ruchu. Praktická část se zabývá konkrétním podnikatelským plánem nově vznikající CK Sport Holiday. Jeho součástí je charakteristika samotné cestovní kanceláře, marketingový plán včetně analýzy odvětví a trhu, analýzy konkurence a cílového segmentu. Součástí je také vyhodnocení předpokladů úspěšnosti a rizik a vize podniku. Závěr tvoří finanční plán včetně jeho základních finančních výkazů.

Abstract:

The aim of the Master's Thesis is to draw up a business plan of a travel agency Sport Holiday which specializes in outgoing tourism. The main intension of the travel agency is to organize holiday packages to the sport's events held in Europe where the customers will participate in. Theoretical part of the thesis defines small and middle sized companies together with their legal form of business and the substance of business plan. It also describes issues of travel agencies in general and sport tourism industry. Practical part concerns with the particular business plan of a new founding travel agency Sport Holiday. It consists of the description of the travel agency itself, marketing plan including market analysis, competitive analysis and analysis of target group. Its part is also the evaluation of success and risks of the project and the vision of the business. The thesis is concluded with financial plan and its main financial statements.
