Abstract:
Strategie se dá považovat jako cesta, kterou se podnik má vydat, aby dosáhl svých cílů. No a cílem této práce bylo definovat strategii rozvoje podniku VOPI s.r.o. (malý podnik z České republiky), který trpí pro-blémy v cenotvorbě spojenými s jeho ziskovostí. Práce analyzuje ceno-tvorbu podniku. Následně pomocí SWOT zhodnocuje prostředí podni-ku. Strategy can be thought of as the path a business should take to achieve its goals. The aim of this paper was to define a strategy for the development of VOPI s. r. o. (small company from Czechia), which suf-fers from pricing problems related to its profitability. The thesis anal-yses the pricing of the enterprise.
