Psychiatric patient in the pre-hospital care and the process of his admission to the psychiatric hospital

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje nejdůležitější body při zajištění psychiatrického pacienta z pohledu posádek rychlé záchranné služby. Teoretická část poukazuje na výhody spolupráce s jinými složkami integrovaného záchranného systému, především s Policií České republiky, dále pak klade důraz na kvalitní odběr anamnézy, profesionální chování a komunikaci s psychiatrickým pacientem. Práce také popisuje nejčastější psychiatrické stavy, se kterými se posádky rychlé záchranné služby ve své praxi setkávají, a navrhuje způsoby jejich řešení včetně farmakologického ovlivnění pacienta. Součástí teoretické části je řešení otázky následného směřování pacienta do cílového zdravotnického zařízení a přiblížení systému psychiatrické péče v České republice. Na téma směřování psychiatrického pacienta je zaměřená i praktická část, která se dále zabývá nutností kvalitního odběru anamnézy a správné komunikace mezi posádkami rychlé záchranné služby a psychiatrickým pacientem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis describes the main points during treating of psychiatric patient from the point of view of the emergency ambulance crew. The theoretical part shows advantages of cooperation with other integrated rescue system, mainly with the Police of the Czech Republic, next it put stress on the quality sampling of anamnesis, professional behaviour and communication with psychiatric patient. The thesis also describes the most common psychiatric situations, which the crews of emergency ambulances meet in their work most often and offers the ways of their solutions included pharmacological influencing of the patient. The part of theoretical work is solution of the question of following orientation of the patient to the target medical organization and approaching to the system of psychiatric treatment in the Czech Republic. For the topic of orientation of psychiatric patient is concentrated the practical part, which also deals with necessity of quality taking of anamnesis and the right communication between crews of emergency ambulance and psychiatric patient.
