Abstract:
The work deals with educational training activities of the secondary schools and vocational secondary schools teachers and presents teacher personality profile. The work focuses discovery of the state at secondary schols and vocational schools to point out real research outcomes. There are contemporary problems of professional secondary scholols and outline of the solution described in the work.
