Práce se zabývá mezinárodním obchodem s diamanty. Přibližuje diamant jako unikátní komoditu, která je předmětem zájmu sběratelů i investorů. První část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku diamantů a jejich mezinárodní hodnocení, další část uvádí světová naleziště a popisuje těžbu a zpracování diamantů.
