State as the subject of international law

Abstract:

Annotation The subject of my finals (final work) I chose the difficult question of a state as the most important subject of international law. My work devotes the question of a state from this point of view of international law. The target of it is to show the view on the main question and problems of a state and its organs for international contacts. In the opening chapter I write about the historical development and about the creation of the first town states, states in the classical times and the Middle Ages. I refer to the ways how the states come into being and vanish and about the existence of them. Bachelor work deals with the problems of the position of a state in international law and its international and legal subjective. Together with that is solves also the question of national area and analyses the population of a state and national citizenship. Ending chapter says about the problems of proceedings of a state through its national organs for international contacts and diplomacy. My work doesn’t contain and doesn’t analyse all the problems of chosen subject because there are many other problems existing in a state as the main subject of international law.

Anotácia Za tému svojej záverečnej práce som si zvolil problematiku štátu ako najdôležitejšieho subjektu medzinárodného práva. Práca sa venuje problematike štátu z hľadiska medzinárodného práva. Cieľom práce je podať prehľad na základne otázky a problematiku štátu a jeho orgánov pre medzinárodne styky. V úvodnej kapitole sa práca zaoberá historickým vývojom a vznikom prvých mestských štátov, a štátov v antike a stredoveku. Spôsobmi ako štáty vznikajú a zanikajú, a stým súvisiacim uznaním a existenciou štátu. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou postavenia štátu v medzinárodnom práve a jeho medzinárodnoprávnej subjektivite. Popri tom rieši aj otázky štátneho územia a analyzuje obyvateľstvo štátu a štátne občianstvo. Záverečná kapitola je venovaná problematike konania štátu prostredníctvom svojich štátnych orgánov pre medzinárodne styky a diplomaciu. Práca si nenárokuje obsiahnuť a analyzovať celú problematiku vybranej témy, vzhľadom na šírku problémov jestvujúcich v rámci štátu ako základného subjektu medzinárodného práva.
