Chosen metamorphoses of the contemporary Czech family: two-career married couples, role distribution in family
Abstract:
Práce je v první části zaměřena na problematiku dvoukariérových manželství a rodin od počátku jejich vzniku až po nedávnou dobu. V druhé části se věnuje tématu dělby rolí a domácích prací v porovnání s ostatními vybranými zeměmi a s nahlédnutím na dělbu rolí z hlediska genderu. V závěru je uveden empirický výzkum týkající se skloubení pracovní a rodinné sféry v České republice.
Abstract:
My thesis, at first, refers to an issue of two-carrier marriages and families since their beginning till lately. Secondly, I am concerning division of roles and housework among genders in comparison to chosen countries.In the end, I analyze results of an empirical research that focuses on discrepancies between work and family sphere in the Czech Republic.
