Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem města a řeky. Neomezuje se pouze na hranice intravilánu, ale přechází i do volné krajiny. Teoretická část práce shrnuje principy, které navrhuje jako výchozí při revitalizacích vodních toků a nábřeží ze zahradně architektonického hlediska. Nachází společné body, na základě kterých definuje univerzálně platné postupy pro jejich řešení. Práce na referenčních příkladech z České republiky i zahraničí předkládá možné postupy tvorby a přístupy řešení. Analytická část práce se zabývá rozborem modelového území v Litovli. Toto město se rozkládá na 6 ramenech řeky Moravy a skrývá v sobě dosud neobjevený potenciál v souvislosti s úpravami nábřeží. Veškeré analýzy byly podkladem pro vytvoření návrhové koncepce pro litovelská nábřeží. Ta vymezuje místa s potenciálem a navrhuje jejich formu užívání. Dále jsou součástí práce 2 podrobné architektonické studie, které řeší severní a jižní rameno v Litovli. Návrh respektuje stávající malebný charakter města a historický kontext daných míst. Návrhovým řešením vznikají nová městská propojení, živé městské prostory, které podporují nejen komunitní život, ale také podporují turistický ruch.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the relationship between the city and the river. It is not limited to the boundaries of urban areas, but also passes into the landscape. The theoretical part of the work summarizes the principles that it proposes as a starting point for the revitalization of watercourses and embankments. It finds common points on the basis of which it defines universally valid procedures for their solution. The are references from the Czech Republic and also from whole world. References presents possible procedures for creating solutions and approaches. The analytical part of the work deals with the analysis of the model area in Litovel. This city is located on 6 branches of the Morava River and hides a hitherto undiscovered potential in connection with the modification of the embankment. Architectural concept for riverspaces in Litovel was based on these analysis. Concept defines places with potential and suggests their form of use. Furthermore, part of the work are 2 detailed architectural studies, which address the northern and southern rivers in Litovel. This project respects the existing picturesque character of the city and the historical context of the places. The design solution creates new urban connections, lively urban spaces that not only support community life, but also support tourism.
