Abstract:
Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo poskytnout ucelený přehled problematiky staveb vodních děl. Konkrétně jsem se zaměřila na vodní dílo rybník. Tato práce rozebírá jednotlivé fáze povolovacích řízení, včetně povolení k nakládání s vodami. Protože tato problematika je upravena více právními přepisy, zabývám se také jejich vzájemnými vztahy. The aim of my thesis was to provide coherent statement of waterworks constructions questions, specially pond. This thesis analysis particular phases of waterworks construction permitting process, including the water treatment.
