Foot arch defects and their prevetion of preschool children

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá prevencí ploché nohy a různých vad klenby již v předškolním věku. Informuje učitele mateřské školy i rodiče o tom, jak předcházet a zavčas rozpoznat ploché nohy již v brzkém věku. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části. V teoretické části je čtenář seznámen s anatomií nohy, kde jsou uvedeny různé deformace klenby a možnosti léčby. Nechybí ani kapitola o výběru vhodných vložek do bot a vhodné obuvi. Na konci teoretické části jsou sepsány zásady správného preventivního cvičení a soulad s rámcovým vzdělávacím programem předškolního vzdělávání. V praktické části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé cviky, které jsou určeny k výuce v mateřské škole. Časově jsou vymezeny na jeden školní rok, tedy na deset měsíců. V každém měsíci nechybí vhodná motivace dětí a doprovodné činnosti k cvičení. Slouží jako inspirace pedagogům mateřských škol, jednotlivé činnosti si mohou zařadit do svých tematických plánů či do školního vzdělávacího programu.

Abstract:

Anotacion The thesis deals with the prevention of defects arch of the foot in pre-school age. Teachers in kindergarten and parents are informed about prevention and early recognition of the flat feet of the preschool child. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part the reader is acquinted with the anatomy of the foot, of which there are some different deformation of the vault and treatment options. There is also a chapter about the selection of proper insoles and suitable footwear. The end of the theoretical part contains the principles of apropriate exercise and prevention in compliance with the Framework educational program for pre-school education. In the practical part there are individual exercises that are designed for teaching in kindergarten. Time is defined for one school year. In each month of missing children appropriate motivation and accompanying activities to exercise. This can provide an inspiration for teachers in kindergartens as they can include various activities in their planningor into the school curriculum.
