Information Behaviour of Fraud Victims in Cyberspace
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je informační chování obětí kybernetických podvodů, kde analyzuje reakce obětí, jejich vyhledávání informací a preventivní opat-ření po incidentech. Práce dále zkoumá typy podvodů jako phishing a malware a na základě sběru dat a rozhovorů s poškozenými formuluje doporučení pro zlepšení pre-ventivních strategií a edukačních programů veřejnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the information behavior of victims of cyber fraud, whe-re it analyzes the reactions of victims, their search for information and preventive me-asures after incidents. The work further examines types of fraud such as phishing and malware and, based on data collection and interviews with victims, formulates re-commendations for improving preventive strategies and public education …more
