Benefits of introducing employee benefit "Dog-friendly Office"

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na přínosy zavedení benefitu "Dog-friendly Office" ve vybraných společnostech v ČR. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaký dopad má zavedení benefitu na zaměstnance, tedy přesněji, jestli jim pomáhá snižovat napětí a stres v zaměstnání anebo pomáhá ke zlepšení vztahů a častější komunikace s kolegy. Teoretická část se bude zabývat vymezením souvisejících pojmů jako např. zaměstnanecké benefity, motivace a odměňování zaměstnanců, a problematiku komunikace a stresu na pracovišti. Praktická část se bude zabývat analýzou zavedení benefitu Dog-friendly Office ve společnostech. Výzkumné šetření bude mít kvantitativní výzkumný design a metodou sběru dat bude dotazník. Výzkumný soubor budou tvořit zaměstnanci vybraných firem ve věku 18-60 let. Bakalářská práce by mohla být přínosem pro HR manažery, kteří tento moderní benefit zvažují zavést ve svých společnostech.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the benefits of introducing the "Dog-friendly Office" benefit in selected companies in the Czech Republic. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to find out what impact the introduction of benefit has on employees, ie more precisely, whether it helps them reduce stress and stress at work or helps to improve relationships and more frequent communication with colleagues. The theoretical part will deal with the definition of related terms such as employee benefits, employee motivation and remuneration, and the issue of communication and stress in the workplace. The practical part will analyze the introduction of the benefit of Dog-friendly Office in companies. The research will have a quantitative research design and the method of data collection will be a questionnaire. The research sample will consist of employees of selected companies aged 18-60 years. The bachelor thesis could be a benefit for HR managers who are considering to introduce this modern benefit in their companies.
