V předkládané práci se zabývám dopady norem regulujících podnikatelské seskupení (zejm. § 71 ZOK) na případy, kdy je podíl na obchodní korporaci vložen do ochranného svěřenského fondu. In the presented thesis I deal with the impact of corporate group law (mainly sec. 71 of the Business Corporations Act) on cases, where a share in a business corporation is invested in an asset protection trust.
