Abstract:

Za téma své diplomové práce jsem si zvolil problematiku loupežných p řepadení peně žních ústavů se zam ěřením na chování jejich pachatel ů a zásady prevence související s touto kriminalitou. Cílem diplomové práce je podat deskripci loupežných př epadení pen ěžních ústavů , jejich zvláštností z hlediska způsobu chování pachatel ů, prezentovat cíle prevence a nejdů ležit ější zásady, mající za úkol snížení rizik, ohrožujících život a zdraví osob př i př epadeních pracovišť s peně žním provozem. V teoretické části se zabývám specifikou loupežných př epadení peně žních ústavů , osobností, popisem chování a charakteristikou pachatel ů loupeží. Z hlediska prevence popisuji zásady bezpe čného chování, které by mě li zaměstnanci pen ěžních ústavů př i loupežném př epadení dodržovat. Praktickou část tvoř í výzkum k danému tématu. Jeho cílem bylo prozkoumat chování pachatel ů př i loupežných přepadeních pen ěžních ústavů spáchaných na teritoriu Moravskoslezského kraje a odkrýt, zda v chování t ěchto pachatelů dominuje prvek, který by mohl pracovníků m pen ěžních ústavů signalizovat nebezpe čí loupežného útoku.

Abstract:

As a subject of my thesis I have chosen the issue of robbery attacks on financial institutions. I am focusing on the behavior of the offenders and prevention principles associated with this type of crime. The aim of this thesis is to offer a description of robberies on financial institutions, their peculiarities in terms of behavior of the respective offenders; further present the objectives and main principles of prevention having in mind the task reducing the risks of threatening lives and health of people suffering from assault in an environment with cash operations. In the theoretical part I deal with the specifics of robbery attacks on financial institutions such as: personalities, behavior description and characteristics of perpetrators of robbery. In terms of prevention I describe the principles of safe behavior that should be observed by the employees of financial institutions during robbery. The practical part consists of research on the subject. Its aim was to examine the behavior of offenders in robbery attacks on financial institutions committed on the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region. Also to reveal whether in the behavior of the specified offenders dominates a certain element, which could indicate to the workers of financial institutions a danger of a robbery attack.
