Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá etickým řízením podniku a etickými kodexy. V první části se nachází literární rešerše, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které se týkají této problematiky. Dále je v druhé části práce praktický pohled na téma, kde je zkoumán etický kodex vybraného podniku ČSOB, následné vyobrazení výsledků a diskuse.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with ethical corporate governance and codes of ethics. The first part of the paper is a literature search where the basic concepts related to this issue are defined. Then, the second part of the thesis provides a practical perspective on the topic where the code of ethics of a selected CSOB company is examined, followed by a depiction of the results and discussion.
