Training neural network

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá konvolučními neuronovými sítěmi. Cílem této práce je provést sadu tréninků nad postupně se rozšiřujícím setem trénovacích obrázků a ukázat úspěšnost klasifikace těchto testů. V teoretické části popisuje neuron a neuronovou síť. Dále popisuje konvoluční neuronovou síť a metodu učení zvanou zpětné šíření. Na teorii konvolučních neuronových sítí navazuje popsání architektury sítě AlexNet. V praktické části tato práce popisuje Caffe framework a postup tréninku pomocí tohoto nástroje. Následuje popis provedených testů a výsledky klasifikace.

Abstract:

This thesis concerns with convolutional neural networks. The aim of this work is to perform a set of training sessions over gradually expanding set of training pictures and shows success of the classification of these tests. The theoretical part describes the neuron and the neural network. It also describes a convolutional neural network and a learning method called backpropagation. The theory of convolutional neural networks follows the description of the AlexNet architecture. In the practical part, this work describes the Caffe framework and traning with this tool. It follows by the description of the tests performed and the classification results.
