Záměrem práce je rozbor současného pohledu na problematiku humanitární intervence. Základní rámec zprostředkuje teoretický koncept lidské bezpečnosti, který umožní zachytit proměnu důrazu kladeného na subjekt jedince v bezpečnostním prostředí i mezinárodním právu veřejném.
