Logistics Activities in the Company Industrial Park Štúrovo

Abstract:

Podnik vzniká za účelom dosiahnutia nejakého zisku. Keď chce na trhu dosiahnuť úspešnosť a udržať si konkurencieschopnosť, musí pracovať predovšetkým na tom, aby uspokojil zákazníka. Ak si podnik chce udržať spokojného zákazníka, musí mu poskytnúť také služby, ktoré ho uspokoja nad mieru a zákazník zostane lojálny tomuto podniku. Musia byť zabezpečené všetky služby včas, v správnom množstve, v správnej kvalite, a v správnej cene. Len tak sa vie podnik rozrastať, prosperovať a reagovať na dopyt na trhu. Táto práca je zameraná na poskytovanie služieb a logistické činnosti v Priemyselnom parku Štúrovo, a.s.. Cieľom práce je analýza súčasných ponúkaných služieb a návrh na zlepšenie týchto služieb.

Abstract:

A business is created for the purpose of achieving some profit. When he wants to achieve success in the market and maintain his competitiveness, he must work above all to satisfy the customer. If a company wants to keep a satisfied customer, it must provide him with such services that will satisfy him beyond measure and the customer will remain loyal to the company. All services must be provided on time, in the right quantity, in the right quality, and at the right price. This is the only way a company can grow, prosper and respond to market demand. This work is focused on the provision of services and logistics activities in Priemyselný park Štúrovo, a.s.. The aim of the work is the analysis of the current services offered and a proposal to improve these services.
