Role sister in prevention dermal melanoma and importance education.

Abstract:

Tématem práce je Role sestry v prevenci kožního melanomu. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické čísti je popsána anatomie kůže, problematika vzniku kožního melanomu za působení rizikových faktorů. Dále jsou v této části popsány prekurzory melanomu, vliv UV záření a stavu ozonové vrstvy na vznik melanomu. Samozřejmě také definice kožního melanomu jeho diagnostika a terapie, preventivní opatření a zdroje informací pro širokou veřejnost. V praktické části nalezneme údaje zjištěné od 229 respondentů ve věku 20 ? 60 let, které jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafů. Cílem bylo zjistit míru informovanosti o rizikových faktorech vzniku kožního melanomu a dodržování preventivních opatřeních. Po zhodnocení výsledků jsem zjistila, že lidé mají v povědomí problematiku kožního melanomu, ale neuvědomují si vliv UV záření, zrovna tak jako dodržování preventivních opatření vzniku kožního melanomu.

Abstract:

The topic of this thesis is the nurse's role in melanoma prevention. The work consists of two parts, the theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes the skin's anatomy, as well as the dangerous risk factors involved in the origin of melanoma. There are certain warning signs for melanoma, the effects of UV radiation and the current condition of the ozone layer which causes it. The theoretical portion also gives a detailed definition of melanoma, its diagnosis and therapy, precautionary steps to take, and the various sources of information available to the public. The practical part presents the results taken from 229 respondents from the age 20 ? 60, which are displayed in graphs and tables. The aim of the survey was to find out the level of awareness of risk factors affecting melanoma and following the precautionary steps. In evaluating the results, we discover that people are aware of the danger of melanoma but they do not take into consideration the influence of UV radiation or follow the precautionary steps concerning melanoma.
