Abstract:
Moje bakalářské práce pojednává o legislativě a problémech výherních hracích automatů a video loterijních terminálů. Legislativní změny v oblasti hazardu přivedli zrušení místního poplatku za výherní hrací přístroje a tím jiné možnosti regulace pomocí obecně závazné vyhlášky dle novely loterního zákona z roku 2012. My bachelor thesis deals with the legislation and problems of slot machines and video lottery terminals. Legislative changes in gambling have brought cancelling a local free for slot machines and other possibilities of regulations according of generally binding of the amendment Lottery law of 2012.
