Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na stanovení arsenu a fosforu ve vzorcích čistírenských kalů. Pro stanovení celkového a extrahovatelného podílu arsenu i fosforu byla využita metoda ICP-MS. Biodostupné podíly byly modelovány extrakcí vzorku do tří činidel, která se často používají k hodnocení půd. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the determination of arsenic and phosphorus in samples of sewage sludges. ICP-MS was used for determination of arsenic and phosphorus in extractable and total contents. Three extraction agents, which are often used in soil evalution, were tested for the determination of extractable contents.
