Redesign corporate network infrastructure to allow access for external users

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem na redesign firemní síťové architektury, která umožní přístup externích uživatelů pomocí Wi-Fi. Na začátku práce je charakterizován podnik, dále analyzován aktuální stav firemní topologie. Dle zjištěných nedostatků během analýzy jsou navrhnuty opatření na jejich od-stranění či redukci. Následně je vytvořen nový návrh sítě včetně finanční kalkula-ce. Návrh je konfrontován s odbornými publikacemi. Výsledkem práce je imple-mentace navrhovaného designu v síťové laboratoři, která se zaměří na přístup externích uživatelů pomocí Wi-Fi do firemní sítě.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and redesign proposal of the corpora-te network architecture, enabling access for external users via Wi-Fi. The thesis begins with a characterization of the enterprise, followed by an analysis of the current state of the corporate topology. Based on identified deficiencies during the analysis, measures are proposed for their elimination or reduction. Sub-sequently, a new network design is created, including financial calculation. The proposed design is confronted with professional publications. The result of the thesis is the implementation of the proposed design in a network laboratory, which focuses on providing Wi-Fi access for external users to the corporate network.
