Encrypted video-stream identification

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tvorbou datové sady naměřených, šifrovaných video streamů a následnou implementací řešení, které má za cíl identifikovat jejich obsah pomocí metod strojového učení. V teoretické části práce je nejdříve vysvětleno, co to video streaming on demand je a jak funguje. Následně jsou představeny modely strojového učení, které je možné využít k řešení tohoto problému. Kapitolu uzavírá rešerše již vypracovaných prací na podobné téma. V praktické části práce byla vytvořena zmíněná datová sada, která byla následně zanalyzována a byly vytvořeny reprezentace, které měly sloužit jako otisk jednotlivých video streamů. V následující části byly implementovány klasifikační modely a modely pro zkoumání podobnosti, které byly poté trénovány pomocí dříve připravených dat. Na závěr byly modely otestovány a jejich výsledky shrnuty a porovnány.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to create a data set of measured encrypted video streams and subsequently try to discover if it is possible to identify the content of those streams. In the theoretical part the on - demand video streaming is introduced and then suitable machine learning models applicable to solve this problem are presented. The works focused on a similar topic are presented next. In followed practical part the already mentioned data set is created. This set is then analysed and it is determined if there is a way how to represent those measured video streams for later content identification with use of statistical and machine learning models. In the last part of this chapter the machine learning models for classification and similarity detection are implemented and trained. The models are then tested and the results are summarised and compared.
