The goal of this thesis is to create a model of cooperation of employees in an organization by using prisoner’s dilemma. Theoretical part consists of description and definition of complex systems, complex networks, social networks, possibilities of modeling complex systems. Cieľom predkladanej práce je vytvoriť model spolupráce zamestnancov v organizácii uplatnením väzňovej dilemy. Teoretická časť bude zahŕňať popis a definície komplexných systémov, komplexných sietí, sociálnych sietí, možnosti modelovania komplexných systémov.
