Dopady energetické krize na český automobilový průmysl

Abstract:

Práce sestává ze tří částí: Teoretická část připomene vliv různých krizí na automobilový průmysl v minulosti, problém enviromentální, materiálové a energetické udržitelnosti a zodpovědnosti, která podnítila inovační vývoj automobilového průmyslu v nedávné minulosti, problém nástupu elektromobility, až po problém vyhrocených důsledků aktuální energetické krize, způsobených situací v mezinárodních vztazích. Metodická část zformuje klíčové oblasti, související s dopady energetické krize na automobilový průmysl ať už je to volba produktového portfolia automobilek (klasický pohon vs. elektromobilita), přizpůsobení výrobních technologií a dodavatelských řetězců potřebám nových produktů nebo otázky připravenosti trhů přijmout novou nabídku automobilů. Doporučí také automobilky na českém trhu pro srovnání jejich strategie apolitik v této oblasti. Praktická část provede zevrubné posouzení různých strategií různých výrobců a jejich specifických dopadů, vyhodnocení kritických prvků těchto strategií a doporučí volbu nejefektivnější a nejméně rizikové strategie pro vybraného automobilového výrobce.

Abstract:

The thesis will consist of three parts: The theoretical part will recall the impact of various crises on the automotive industry in the past, the problem of environmental, material and energy sustainability and responsibility, which stimulated the innovative development of the automotive industry in the recent past, the problem of the advent of electromobility, to the problem of the escalating consequences of the current energy crisis caused by the situation in international relations. The methodological part will formulate key areas related to the impact of the energy crisis on the automotive industry, whether it is the choice of the prod-uct portfolio of car manufacturers (classic drive versus electric cars), the adaptation of pro-duction technologies and supply chains to the needs of new products or the issues of readi-ness of markets to accept a new offer of cars. It will also recommend car manufacturers on the Czech market for comparison of their strategies and policies in this area. The practical part will assess the various strategies of different manufacturers and their specific impacts, evaluate the critical elements of these strategies, and recommend the choice of the most effective and less risky strategy for the selected car manufacturer.
