Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem v riziku vzniku dekubitů. V teoretické části je zmiňovaná anatomie a fyziologie kůže, epidemiologie, rizikové faktory vzniku dekubitů, hodnoticí škály, doporučení posouzení rizik, klasifikace dekubitů a prevence dekubitů. The bachelor thesis deals with the nursing process at risk of pressure sores. In the theoretical part is mentioned anatomy and physiology of skin, epidemiology, risk factors of pressure sores, evaluation scale, recommendations of risk assessment, pressure sores classification and pressure sores prevention.
