Diplomová práce pojednává o právním odvětví, které upravuje hazardní hry a jejich provozování. V diplomové práci je rozebrán historický vývoj herního práva v českých zemích. Část práce obsahuje soukromoprávní úpravu odvážných smluv o sázce, jejímu vývoji a srovnání s historickou právní úpravou. The Diploma thesis discusses about the special kind of law which regulates gambling and his execute. The Diploma thesis analyze the historical development of the gambling law in the Czech countries. Part of the thesis contains civil law regulation about aleatory contracts their historical development and their comparison.
