Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku investic. V teoretické části se věnuje samotnému pojmu investice, dále investicím z makroekonomického i podnikového pohledu, metodám hodnocení investičních projektů, a to zejména dynamickým metodám (čistá současná hodnota, index ziskovosti, vnitřní výnosové procento a diskontovaná doba návratnosti) a jejich porovnání. This thesis focuses on investments issues. In theoretical part it addresses to investment term itself, then to investments from macroeconomic and also corporate point of view, to investments evaluation methods, especially dynamic investments evaluation methods (net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return, playback period) and their comparison.
