Specifics of External Accounting Management in the Money S3 Program

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá externím zpracováním účetnictví, což je stále populárnější volba pro drobné podnikatele a malé a středně velké firmy. Cílem práce je popsat proces vedení účetnictví z pohledu externí firmy, včetně zajištění zákonných požadavků a praktického využití účetního programu Money S3. Práce zahrnuje základní povinnosti a pojmy spojené s externím vedením účetnictví a účtování dokladů v programu Money S3. Na základě zkoumání funkcí a specifik jsou zhodnoceny hlavní výhody a nevýhody tohoto softwaru. Money S3 nabízí fakturaci, správu skladů, daňovou evidenci, mzdovou agendu, bankovní operace a přehledy o pohledávkách a závazcích, což splňuje požadavky na efektivní vedení účetnictví. Nicméně, pro velké firmy s komplexními procesy není vhodný kvůli absenci pokročilých ERP funkcí, a je tedy ideální pro podnikatele a malé a středně velké firmy s až stovkami dokladů měsíčně.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with external accounting services, which are becoming an increasingly popular choice for small entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses. The aim of the thesis is to describe the process of accounting from the perspective of an external firm, including ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the practical use of the Money S3 accounting software. The thesis covers the basic duties and concepts associated with external accounting and the recording of documents in the Money S3 program. Based on an examination of its features and specifications, the main advantages and disadvantages of this software are assessed. Money S3 offers functions for invoicing, inventory management, tax records, payroll, banking operations, and overviews of receivables and payables, meeting the requirements for effective accounting management. However, it is not suitable for large companies with complex processes due to the lack of advanced ERP functions, making it ideal for entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses with up to hundreds of documents per month.
