Study of epitaxial layers using x-ray techniques
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci jsme se zabývali studiem epitaxních vrstev pomocí rentgenové analýzy. Studovali jsme vzorky s ternárními vrstvami GaAsSb, které je možné použít jako krycí vrstvy pro systémy kvantových teček. Vrstvy byly vyrobeny na (100) GaAs substrátu. Abstract:
In this thesis we studied epitaxial layers using X-ray analysis. We analyzed samples with ternary GaAsSb layers, which can be used as a cover layers for systems of quantum dots. The layers were grown on GaAs (100) substrate. We used kinematical theory of X-ray diffraction to describe distribution of antimony concentration in the GaAsSb layer.
