Abstract:

Práce se zabývá optimalizací firemních procesů v závislosti na zavádění nového informačního systému do infrastruktury organizace. V práci je věnován důraz na vysvětlení problematiky analýzy vnitřního prostředí organizace a analýzy firemních procesů. Jsou rozebrána specifika analýzy procesů z hlediska vytvoření nového informačního systému a také specifika řízení změn spojených s inovacemi z oblasti informačních technologií. Praktická část se věnuje analýze relevantních podnikových procesů vybrané firmy. Dále se zabývá návrhem důležitých funkcí nového informačního systému a to hlavně modulu CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Práce je zakončena doporučeními pro implementaci nového systému do prostředí organizace.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with optimization of organizational processes depending on implementation of new information system into organizational infrastructure. Thesis pays attention to explanation of analysis of internal organizational environment. There are described the specifications of process analysis for a purpose of development of new information software and specifications of change management of ICT innovations. The second part of the thesis is concerned with analysis of relevant processes in chosen company. Further are suggested important features of new system with primary focus on CRM module (Customer Relationship Management). At the end of the thesis are recommendations about the implementation of new system into organizational environment.
