The thesis focuses on the analysis of crisis communication in a selected company during the pandemic of the COVID-19 virus. The model from the Situational Crisis Communication Theory is used for the thesis, which is presented together with basic concepts from the field of crisis management and communication in the theoretical part of the thesis.
