V první kapitole vysvětlujeme důležité informatické pojmy a biologické procesy týkající se této práce, především online platformy e-cyanobacterium.org a mechanismus koncentrace uhlíku. V druhé kapitole představujeme dva modely – Clark et al. 2014 a Fridlyand et al. 1995. Oba modely popisují mechanismus koncentrace uhlíku u sinic. In the first chapter we explain important informatics terms and biological processes relevant to this work, especially online platform e-cyanobacterium.org and carbon concentrating mechanism. Then, we introduce two models – Clark et al. 2014 and Fridlyand et al. 1995, in the second chapter.
