Abstract:

Vysoké školy se snaží udržovat vztahy se svými absolventy, kteří mohou být velkým přínosem a zdrojem informací pro další rozvoj a zvýšení kvality své alma mater. Fakulta sociálně ekonomická UJEP v Ústí nad Labem neměla v současné době nastavený systematický proces, na základě kterého by mohla tohoto potenciálu využívat. Cílem této práce bylo proto nastavení procesu komunikace s absolventy a navržení optimálních forem spolupráce. Jedním z faktorů, který může ovlivnit ochotu absolventů spolupracovat se školou i po ukončení studia, je image fakulty. Proto bylo dále zjišťováno, zda absolventi, kteří pozitivně hodnotí image fakulty, vykazují větší ochotu ke spolupráci s ní. Pozornost byla v tomto směru zaměřena nejen na absolventy, ale i na jejich hodnocení image fakulty, které bylo následně komparováno s hodnocením studentů. V obou souborech ("absolventi" i "studenti") bylo jako hlavní metoda zvoleno písemné dotazování. Wilcoxonovým párovým testem a Friedmanovou Anovou bylo zjištěno, že absolventi chtějí s fakultou komunikovat na webových stránkách, facebookových skupinách a přímým e-mailem. Na základě dvouvýběrového párového t-testu na střední hodnotu byly zjištěny preference v oblasti spolupráce, tj. absolventi mají zájem o sebevzdělávání, o setkávání absolventů, účast na konferencích, oslovení stávajících studentů s nabídkou stáží a zaměstnání. Testem hypotézy o parametrech dvou binomických rozdělení bylo zjištěno, že absolventi pozitivně hodnotící image v určitých faktorech (tj. inovativní, užitečný, praktický a dobrá pověst) vykazovali větší ochotu ke spolupráci. Mann-Whitneyho U testem bylo prokázáno, že se absolventi a studenti v hodnocení image statisticky významně neliší. V závěru práce byla provedena shluková analýza, která prokázala homogenitu absolventů. Proto byli pro nastavení procesu komunikace absolventi segmentováni dle intenzity zájmu o kontakt s fakultou. Na základě zjištěných výsledků může Fakulta sociálně ekonomická aplikovat nastavený proces komunikace a zvolit vhodné formy spolupráce s absolventy. Fakulta dále může na základě zjištění uskutečnit nápravná opatření.

Abstract:

Universities try to maintain relationships with their alumni, who can be a great asset and source of information for further development and enhancement of their alma mater. The Faculty of Social and Economic Studies of the UJEP in Ústí nad Labem currently lacked a systematic process on the basis of which it could use this potential. The aim of this work was to set up the process of communication with graduates and to design optimal forms of cooperation. One of the factors that may affect the graduates' willingness to cooperate with the faculty even after graduation is the faculty's image. Therefore, it was further investigated whether the graduates who appreciate the faculty image are more willing to cooperate. Attention was focused not only on graduates, but also on their evaluation of the faculty's image, which was then compared to students' assessment. In both groups i.e. ("graduates" and "students"), written questioning was chosen as the main method. Wilcoxon Matched Pairs Test and Friedman Anova found that the graduates want to communicate with the faculty on websites, Facebook groups, and direct email. Based on two-sample pair t-test for means, preferences in the field of cooperation were found, i.e. graduates are interested in self-education, reunions of graduates, attendance at conferences, providing internships and employment opportunity for students. The hypothesis test of the parameters of two binomial distributions found that graduates with a positive evaluation image in certain factors (i.e., innovative, useful, practical a good reputation) showed greater willingness to cooperate. The Mann-Whitney U Test proved that graduates and students do not differ significantly in the image rating. At the end of the work, a cluster analysis was performed, which proved the homogeneity of graduates. That is why graduates were segmented according to the intensity of their interest in the contact with the faculty to set up the communication process. Based on the results obtained, the Faculty of Social and Economic Studies can apply the elaborated process of communication and choose appropriate forms of cooperation with graduates. In addition, the Faculty may carry out corrective actions based on these findings.
