Tato bakalářská práce se dotýká problému stárnutí a péče o staré lidi. Je zde prováděn výzkum informovanosti neformálních pečovatelů o možnostech sociálních služeb v Havířově a okolí. Teoretická část práce je věnována stáří, rodině, mezigeneračním vztahům, objasňuje pojem neformální pečovatel, mapuje zdravotní a sociální služby. This thesis concerns the problem of aging and care for the elderly. There is conducted research on informal carers' awareness of the possibilities of social services in Havirov and the surrounding area.
