Cílem této bakalářské práce byl rozbor institutu vlastnictví ve vztahu k vlastnictví pozemkovému s jeho následnou právní ochranou. Téma bylo nutné, kvůli pochopení problematiky, pojmout jak v rovině obecné a konkrétní, tak v i rovině historické.
