Rightful selfdefence from the view of providine evidence
Abstract:
Annotation Theme of my way bacher work is regitful selfdefence from the view of providine evidence. Regitful selfdefence is method fights against crime. This option is given every person law. Law such action justifies and punishing him at the conditions. In explaining terms we want answer on questions posed and pointed out that the justification.
Abstract:
Anotácia Témou mojej bakalárskej práce je nutná obrana z pohľadu dokazovania. Nutná obrana je spôsob boja proti zločinu. Táto možnosť je daná každému jedincovi zákonom. Zákon takéto konanie ospravedlňuje a netrestá ho pri splnení podmienok. Pri vysvetlení pojmov chceme nájsť odpovede na zadané otázky a poukázať na to, že má opodstatnenie.
