Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku povodní, zejména na protipovodňovou ochranu v povodí řeky Třebovky. Práce se zabývá zhodnocením ekonomické efektivnosti investice realizované v úseku Dlouhá Třebová - Hylváty ex ante a ex post. Předmětem mého zájmu bylo také zjištění, zda je účinná hráz Hvězda a poldry v horním povodí Třebovky při povodňových průtocích.
Abstract:
This work is focused on flooding, including flood protection in the catchment area of the Třebovka river. The work deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of investments made in long section Dlouhá Třebová - Hylváty ex ante and ex post. The object of my interest was also to determine effectiveness of the dam Hvězda and the polders in the upper basin Třebovka during flood flows.
