Diplomová práce se zabývá monistickým systémem řízení akciové společnosti, který byl do české právní úpravy zaveden s účinností od 1. ledna 2014. Česká právní úprava tohoto modelu řízení akciové společnosti je velmi specifická a přináší řadu výkladových problémů, a to zejména v oblasti vymezení působnosti jednotlivých orgánů. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the monistic system (one-tier boards structure) of the joint-stock company which has been adopted to the Czech legislation since 1 January 2014. The Czech version of the monistic system is very specific and contains a lot of problems, especially with regard to defining the powers of the corporate bodies.
