Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ischemií modifikovaným albuminem (IMA) a jeho využitím v detekci kardiovaskulárních onemocnění a jejich rizikových faktorů. V práci popisuji vznik, kinetiku a možnosti stanovení IMA. Dále je v práci popsáno využití IMA týkající se cévních chorob a jejich rizikových faktorů.
