Historical vineyard in urban enviroment.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou historických vinic ve městech a jejich obnovení v současném pojetí daného městského prostředí. V první části je představena historie vinařství na našem území. Tato část následně napomáhá čtenáři uvědomit si souvislosti v rámci historie jednotlivých vinic. Druhá část se věnuje představení vybraných obnovovaných vinic, a to Modřanské vinice, Vinice Pod Chrámem svaté Barbory a Vinice na Špilberku. V této části je představena historie, zakládání a současný stav vinic, také je vyhodnocen přínos obnovy pro veřejnost a vize do budoucna. Pro průzkum byly uskutečněny rozhovory s fundovanými osobami.Ve třetí části je navržen obecný postup pro obnovování vinic, a to z hlediska volby sponu, podnože, odrůdy, použitého vedení a sociálně-kulturního významu. V poslední části je proveden literární průzkum požadavků révy vinné na stanoviště a podmínek města. Na základě získaných poznatků je vyhodnoceno, zda je réva vinná vhodná do městského prostředí. V závěru jsou zváženy všechny aspekty pro obnovu historických vinic ve městském prostředí.

Abstract:

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to discuss the issue of historical vineyards in towns and their restoration in contemporary conditions of towns. In the first part the history of viniculture in Czech and Moravian region is introduced. This part will help the reader to better understand the historical context of each individual vineyard that will be addressed in the second part. Among the restored vineyards, which are introduced in the second part belongs: Modřanská vinice, Vinice Pod Chrámem svaté Barbory and Vinice na Špilberku. This part focuses on history, founding and current state of vineyard and their contributions for public as well as the vision for the future. For the purpose of this research, experts in this field were interviewed.The general procedure for the renovation of vineyards is proposed in the third part. Important steps such as a choice of distance between vine rows, rootstock, variety, vine training and socially-cultural meaning are discussed. In the fourth part, a literature review of vine requirements for its habitat and urban conditions is presented in the fourth part. Based on this research it is evaluated whether vine is suitable for the urban environment. In the conclusion all the aspects for renovation of historical vineyards in urban environment are considered.
