The sustainable development and its socials aspects

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou udržitelného rozvoje a jeho sociálními aspekty. Práce se věnuje především uplatňování koncepce udržitelného rozvoje v podnikatelském prostředí, se zaměřením na sociální rovinu udržitelného rozvoje, která je s tímto prostředím spjata. Jsou zde uvedeny definice a zásady týkající se sociálních aspektů a jejich indikátorů, které slouží jako ukazatele udržitelného rozvoje a které by si subjekty v podnikatelském prostředí v rámci svých podnikatelských aktivit měli osvojit a řídit se podle nich.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is concerned with a question of the sustainable development and its socials aspects. It mainly attends to the exercitation of the conception of the sustainable development in the corporate environment, with a view to a social plane of the sustainable development, which is linked with this environment. The thesis then includes the definitions and principles relating to social aspects and their indicators that perform like indexes of the sustainable development and that should be developed by the subjects in the corporate environment within its corporate activities and should be adhered by them.
